Do you leak precum while you sleep? So you wake up and there is precum. And is there a différence to a wet dream?

Yes I sometimes produce precum while asleep, waking to a wet spot in whatever I'm wearing. It's not the same as a wet dream which is full on ejaculation.

Sometimes. But it doesn't leak out until I get out of bed. I remember it started leaking when I was on my way to the bathroom. A long string of precum was hanging.

I very rarely have any precum at all. The rare times it happened was with long-ish masturbation sessions where I was delaying orgasm as long as I could. In normal sexual situations with women, I don't remember generating any precum. I amd a 'dry guy' 99.9% of the time
