I do try to chub up a bit because I'm a grower not a show-er. I think it's just normal male behavior to want to be endowed when around other men. Like competition and showing your manhood around strangers. Something about it that I kinda get off on a little to be honest. Every once in a while I'll see a guy in the locker room work a full on woody. I'd definitely check them out. It's natural.

I probably shouldn't, but I sort of like the furtive looks from less-endowded and/or out-of-shape guys. And I'm not actually that hung by standards of this site. But big enough to catch some second glances, though.

It's not about size to me, it's about the manliness of guys being comfortable enough with their own bodies to be naked in front of each other. I'm smaller than average (about 3" soft or 5" hard), but I like how it looks on me have zero inhibitions about other men seeing it. In fact, I enjoy it, so I guess you can say that I am showing off. My gym has open showers and I generally walk naked between the locker and shower, so lots of guys see my dick every time I work out.

Nope, never. I always face the wall in the shower and in the locker room I never show off. It's there because it's there, but I never show it. I don't like knowing that someone can be ashamed for that.
