I'm cut and have a little bit of mine. Not much, but it's there. I'm not sure if it's more sensitive than having it fully intact (since I was circumcised as a baby), but it is sensitive at that spot, though that's probably due to the penis generally being sensitive where the glans meets the shaft.

the dr. Clipped mine when i was 8 and taught me how to stretch the foreskin. He said my penis was too thick. My dad would not let him circumcise it, so clipping and stretching was the only solution
