I have a family member in Cali that worked for a producer of reality shows and I can tell you for certain that the cannot show the faces of anyone without a signed form. Some of those women were so pissed off that I find it hard to believe they would agree to the signing. Also, the pissed reactions were realistic but why were they so gung-ho about touching that guy so close to his crotch anyway?
That being said, if it somehow is NOT fake, then the last one isn't fake either. Cali is a different place with different types of people. We are talking about a entire coast full of people that would do anything for a chance to be famous/infamous - a place with millions of desperados who traveled thousands of miles to get there with nothing but a dream, and are stuck there after years of disappointment, willing to do anything at this point. A whole culture of people who are more than just tolerant of pornstars and dubauchery, a large portion of them would be willing participants, if just one guy with a camera and a fist full of hundreds came along and whipped out his dick out and said, "would you give me a handjob for $500?"
