The boxers from the Gap don't have flies. I figure a lot of people must be doing this.

I'm surprised too how many don't. Wearing pants with a belt would make it too tricky to get the waisband down so I always use the fly. I wear boxer briefs and its no problem although I could see how briefs would cause more trouble. When I'm wearing athletic shorts I'll go over the top of both waist bands but thats rarely. I'll have to give it a try, always seemd awkard but hey obviously there's something to it.
