Do you want people to catch you looking?

When you are staring at a hot girl (or boy) do you want her to know what you are doing? I always keep looking when they see me so we can make eye contact and they know I think they're pretty. One time I was staring at her vagina and breasts through her clothes and she saw me and smiled at me. I'm not sure if she knew what I was looking at.
