Do you/what do you think when a guy/you messes with his junk?

I would agree that some guys, especially guys with cocky personalities, tend to adjust to draw attention to themselves. Other guys, self conscious types, might adjust nervously because they think their bulge is attracting attention. I'm usually in the latter category.
Anytime I sit for a long period of time, in the car, in class, or at home working, I have to adjust. It's awkward but it'll drive me crazy if I don't. I do have ADD and I am abnormally horny, always have been but I don't think either is the problem. It doesn't seem to matter what type of underwear I wear. I try to adjust discreetly, to varying degrees of success (less so in the car) but if it's a situation that requires more than one or two swift motions, I excuse myself as quickly as possible and get things sorted.

It makes me smile when a dude adjusts himself in public.

I do it un-self-consciously when I'm among friends, and try to be discreet about it when not and I really require adjustment (like on an airplane, I hide it with a blanket or try to do it through a pocket).

It is hot as hell love when it happens
