Do you, Women, notice guys' bulges?

I'm unusually big when I'm soft and I also happen not to be all that tall. I'm also young and hip, so I tend to wear tighter pants (loose pants just make me look small). The combination makes for a sometimes very visible bulge (we're talking thick and long and well framed).

Do women notice these things? What do you think if you see a guy's bulge? Do you look away, are you intrigued, turned on, disgusted?

My wife will make comments on bulges. Kind of out of disgust. But, she looks, and I bet she isn't disgusted..
