My question may sound a bit silly but I'm basing it on my personal experience. I've noticed that girls my age (early 20s) generally don't like hairy chests and as you can see from my photos, I'm pretty hairy myself.
My ex-girlfriend had a real dislike. In the summer, I usually wear tank tops that showed off my chest hair and armpits and she was repulsed by it. She found it messy and dirty, and didn't want me to hug her without clothes covering me (so that she wouldn't come into contact with my hair). She wanted me to shave, which I never did, and I think that played into our breakup. Her reaction was extreme (not to say pathological
) but I spotted a more moderate aversion in girls the same age who invited me to shave.
On the other hand, more mature women that I met (35-40 years old) did not complain.
So, I don't know if it's just a coincidence or if it's really a generational turn-off. What do you think?
