I never said I wanted to prohibit repeated things. I was just pointing out that it's likely that someone has pointed out something about religious stuffs by now because it's been an ongoing thread for literally years now.

Just went on a weekend trip with my best friend got room reservations late ended up with a queen bed no problem at all went to the races had a great time both 90% drunk and was that way for 3days. Just two guys out for the weekend. He was naked I wore boxer briefs. He knows I am bi and I respect his being straight and he knows that also he made the reservation so knew what the situation was for the weekend.

We weren't German but we were sort of like hippies, to the degree that people having gone to private colleges can be.

I’ve met very straight men who are unbelievably comfortable In their sexuality that I have flirted with and even shared a touch or two for banter but it would never go any further because they are STRAIGHT. I am a massive advocate of sexuality being a spectrum and it’s never been truer that now.
My personal view is that not only is sexuality a spectrum but it’s a sliding scale, I’ve been attracted to woman or certain aspects of the person but I have never had sex with a woman and would never consider it now but my 1% is my never say never.

I think two straight guys taking to the same bed both naked is not gonna be a common choice. I can see two straight guys in this scenario but think overwhelmingly straight men would avoid this. I’ve stripped naked in front of guys I’ve shared rooms with to change or shower, but never shared a bed naked.

I sleep naked alone, or with a partner. While I would be okay sleeping naked with anyone who could respect the bounds of our relationship, I always wear at least panties if I share my bed with a friend. I don't think the nudity is wrong, or even uncomfortable (for me) it's just not something I can see happening with ANY of my friends, irrespective of sex or gender.
Same for myself. I don't believe it's wrong or bad or impossible for two heterosexual men to sleep in the same bed, I find it a little unlikely. If my man had to spend the night at someone's place and share a bed, well, he doesn't find it comfy to sleep nude in the first place.. so it would be super out of character for him to decide to get nude to sleep, especially with anyone besides me.

Most of the reasons relate to the fact not all men in the world come from a body hating, puritanical US society. If your sexuality is threatened by being close to another man you might not be as straight as you think. Familiarity, friendship, comfort and convenience are also reasons why this might happen. I'm gay and have shared a bed with female friends / and straight friends naked - it's not big deal. My gayness was not harmed.

I have shared a bed with other straight men 20+ times in my life, but NEVER was either one of us naked. You said there are several reasons for this to occur. Now I’m curious what those situations are, so I’m asking you to name them.
I’m going to the gym this morning and will strip naked in front of and shower with several guys. I don’t expect any of them, as comfortable as they are with showering naked, would be hip to share a platonic bed with another dude.
Why? A disposition against taking to bed naked with a guy even when things between the two are not sexual respects that while beds are for sleeping they are also for fucking.
Most people I think reserve getting in bed naked as something you do with someone you are going to have sex with — even if you are a nude sleeper and that doesn’t happen every night.
My point — you can be very comfortable with same sex nudity in appropriate venues and not feel okay about hoping in bed naked with another guy to just sleep.

Seven pages ago, the OP asked if it is "okay" for two straight guys to sleep in the same bed naked. I suspect the real question was is it a homosexual behavior. It seems to me that while such an action might commonly have homoerotic overtones, that might not necessarily be the case. Although I am gay, I am not attracted to all men, far from it. Having slept naked since before college it is very much my preference and that of many other men. I have shared beds with straight guys I knew well and liked but was not attracted to. The college I attended was small (1000 students mostly living on campus), intimate, and alternative. Most of the guys at that time and place were nonchalant about both nudity and sexual orientation. I am sure that between traveling, camping, and partying a fair number of my straight male friends shared a bed with one or both naked.

I've named some reasons ... I'm sure you can apply your imagination to specific situations where those reasons could be relevant.
Men can not only be naked but also show affection and physical contact in a completely non sexual way. Even in a bed. It might be beyond your experience but your culture and experience are something you can chose to go beyond. Or not. What was the point of your reply ? Are you looking for a fantasy scenario ?
