JpTR19: I switched to boxers at 13 and I found them to be much more comfortable then briefs were. But I noticted that they did not provide any support so when I was about 16 I tried boxer briefs. I found these to be very uncomfortable. So i am a boxer man from here on out.
Dreyfus42: I can not wear anything but boxers - mine grows more than shows, but there is still quite a bit that bulges - I've found that boxers minimize the bulge and allow more freedom. I am not able to freeball - I usually wear jeans and the zipper caught me once, and I actually got cut on my penis. Briefs are too constrictive, and if I'm starting to get erect, the bulge increases, but with boxers, I can just aim it down my leg.
biggbenn8: concerning boxer briefs- anyone else have the problem that they (for reasons I don't understand) make their ass/legs sweat? I think its from the 'trapped heat'.... I like the support, but not the sweat rolling off my balls...

bigsoft: I find that boxer briefs are too snug and trap body heat causing me to sweat also. The wide bulky leg hems can be seen through your pants a block away.

Well for me and in my field I like having the 'extra layer' for protection. It simply makes more sense to wear something down there...around the house is a different matter...

danorogers: I only wore boxers in my youth ,,it was "cool",,but nowadays only High rise jokey briefs and loose pants . I have rarely placed my endowment down-wards. always to the side. da_blissmachine: briefs hurt my dick so bad i almost black out.. sometimes i even bleed. my boxers can feel uncomfortably tight when they ride up but not that bad. i am adjusting them quite often

black40: I can't stand boxers. If anyone is very large the boxers ride up one side or the other and I also prefere briefs. I just they made them with a much larger pouch.

ace420: I too have two huge balls. Boxers allow them to swing around and they get awfully sore. Tight pairs are so tight that they get sore too, but not as sore as boxers.
Icarus213: I have to say I just switched to boxers and I love them! I feel free and loose all the time now. I have smaller balls, so that isn't a problem as it would be for others.
bklynbigballs: I wear boxers all the time. Briefs are uncomfortable for my big balls. Having read this thread, tho, I'm wondering if I should experiment with other types of underwear. Like maybe something else would give me more support, but without being too tight and restricitive....

HungGuy: I wore briefs as a boy and switched to boxers in prep school to fit in. I now wear boxer-briefs of the 2xist brand and I like them because they keep my dick from swingin too much or hanging out the leg and becoming distracting. I still wear boxers sometimes and briefs other times and I notice a lot of pain for a day or two during the switch. I suspect this is due to lactic acid build-up in the suspensory muscles (similar to the pain you get in your muscles after a hard work-out) because of the change in range-of-movement and mobility. The pain goes away quickly and I get used to the new feel or "ride" of whatever I'm wearing.
croixbull: I wore briefs for years until I finally found I had to by two sizes too big and they slipped down (I'm assless). I discovered short leg boxer briefs. Wear them down on the hip to give me room. No more aching balls from briefs. I actually show more bulge (a huge mass stuffed inside low slung Wrangler Relaxed fit jeans) with boxer briefs because all the blood isn't sweezed out my meat.

I hated one nut down one leg and one down the other when they rode up and the "just too much" look of my big dong going down my leg, too.

I am quite unhung and I still find there is unpleasant rubbing on the scrotum from the seam of boxers, especially walking up stairs. Perhaps it's the cheap brands I've tried.
