Your not the only one. It cuts off a good amount of sensitivity. Depending on your size and the size of the condom. Lube is a good start but nothing beats a good fitting condom.

I have never really had sex without a condom, but it does take a while. Usually my partner is done so I just take the condom off and get myself (or she gets me) to orgasm thru hand action. Maybe its just familiarity, but I always cum a lot quicker by hand than anything else. I always go for ultra-thins. I have heard condoms make more of a difference for uncut, but I am not sure how true that is.

I don't know. I'm uncut and I have that kind of problem. And I'm assuming some of the guys who replied before me are cut. So I don't think it matters.
