lolololol..........ive had this since my teens so was nice reading all that info - puts everything into perspective now as i just thought my body clock worked different from everyone else............leading a normal 9-5 sleep pattern defenitely makes me feel jetlagged.
i should say that ive had to force myself out of dsps sleep pattern and if anything that has made me lazy.........if i get proper sleep i can easily work 16 hours a day..........but when forcing myself in normal sleep pattern i can manage 11/12 but feel like ive less energy.
i should say ive never asked my doc about it and have always struggled with it.........when i was younger id often stay awake all night once a week or so to kick myself into going to bed earlier,etc
