As I think most people will be unwilling to take the time to make a video, I just wanted to help you out with this advice.

LPSG has had quite a few chats about Jelquing/jelq. I suggest you type one of those two words into the search option and read the results that come up. Having said that, make sure you click the Advanced search option, followed by typing into the box and clicking the search titles option.
