Oh, absolutely. He got his start as Steve on AmateurStraightGuys and did 7 scenes there (I have all of them saved on my hard drive). Great model for a site that had a pretty good roster.
The decision to do his own site was a curious one since he was relatively new to the industry at the time. I had high hopes for it, but it was kind of a disappointment. He was really focused on website design, perhaps moreso than the quality of the content. There were a few updates that were okay and that's about all that interested me. After a year or two of scenes, the updates stopped being new. Then they just stopped. Eventually, the website rerouted to Baitbus. I think now it might be completely gone off the net. I bought a few of his dvds, though I can't remember when the last time I pulled them out was. I thought he might resurface at some other studio, but he never did.
In retrospect, he really should have stuck with ASG.

Never liked him much as a porn star, but I did like some of the models that he featured on his site. I only have his scene with Damon Phoenix at the moment, but I've been searching for his scene with Blake for quite a while now. A lot of Evan Rivers' content is really hard to find though.

And it's funny you mentioned that because I'm a huge Damon Phoenix fan and his scene with Evan was one of the best on the site, even though it missed the mark in some aspects.

Gay DVD Empire has most of his DVDs for sale, but no option to stream them unfortunately. Had they been available for streaming on there or AEBN, I could've at least screen recorded some of his scenes.
If he really went to such lengths to remove his content because he doesn't want his porn past to be revealed, then it's all for naught since there are hundreds of pictures of his porn scenes online even if the videos from his site are hard to find.
