I have never bought it - when I was younger it got handed around, getting steadily crustier as we wanked over it (probably some of the attraction!).

Yeah, it's been 10+ years since I bothered to physically own porn, back before broadband became widespread, and when affordable hard drive storage was still like 10-40 Gigs, so that even if you wanted to download stuff you had to keep juggling files to keep any of it. Even then, I think I actually owned less than a dozen DVDs - instead I used Radvideo for a while, like the poster above mentioned (so I guess I would agree with that recommendation), because they had a Netflix-like mail rental service so it seemed simpler to just get a couple of new vids every few weeks. Now that you can stream, I basically just download only the clips/vids I really like and otherwise do a quick search on the porn actors I like. Every once in a while I might subscribe to a site to get access to stuff that looks good and isn't widely available yet, but even that I haven't done in quite some time.

Are porn magazines still a thing? I remember as a teenager buying a few and being all nervous about it, haha.

I don't even download porn anymore, have only got as far as bookmarks. Then again most porn makes me give it the fry meme of inspection. "Can't tell if porn companies don't know i exist or if they just don't care that i do".
