I think there's an important distinction between nudity and naturism. I have a profile on a UK site called nakedmates, and one feature on there is where guys can host naked parties events either at their house or a secluded venue. Most of the events offer sexual and social nudity and usually end up as sex parties. I've attended some and never been disappointed.
I have also been to a few naturism events, where people attend purely for their own fulfilment of being socially naked. No-one is aroused and sex is not on the agenda. A few years ago I went to naked yoga classes where this was the case, and it was very enjoyable. Despite being paired with another guy and doing close contact yoga positions, I managed to control myself.....just about!
