Greed, subversive chicanery, duplicity, lack of integrity and sickening bravado?

Not everything by a long shot.

However, he certainly is catering to the lowest common denominator.

He's an attention whore, though. Always has been.

Guy-jin - Maybe not everything... but the garbage he's stirring up right now is not only exceedingly stupid, it's flat out bigoted and majorly detrimental to the societal fabric of our nation. As a supposed "successful business man" who is involved with three chapter elevens, who is he to demand anyone's college records? What's sad is that people will equate the dollar signs in his bank account as success and his alpha-male buffoonery as needed "tough talk". Saying that he caters to the lowest common denominator is an insult to them, because the money obsessed bigots he panders to are lower than that. At this rate, "Idiocracy" will cease being a comedy and become a nationwide documentary.

Seriously, fuck him. And not with a dick either.

I don't know.... add to the list capitalism run amuck, mindless divisive political distractions, cheap entertainment value, style (if you can call it that) over substance, and media driven celebrity obsession, and I'd be hard pressed to think of anyone who better epitomizes contemporary American culture, sad to say. "Classy".

I would say he does but he's not alone. Most "self-made" wealthy people would be in the same category. I know because I have some horrible relatives who are pretty much the same as Mr. Trump. I always thought that being rich was a huge american value. ;-)

    Let's see:

An egotistical oompa-loompa rich daddy's boy in the oval office...and alas, who would be his first lady?

After dumping the other dumb bimbos, he'll pick LaToya!

That's a match made in Heaven(or Hell) for Trump: a no talent one in the family, an attention whore in the media, story changer, Judas betrayer, weave wearing phoney that looks for only herself and nobody else, etc...hey, Trump, that's a perfect narcisist for you. You two would look great in the wedding photos. There's your vote now, Trump. Pass the barf bag, please.

    The question is...

Would she take him? She looked very perplexed and hurt when she was fired!

I do love how Trump managed to get him running for President into the first 5mins of the episode though... It must take huge skill to go so far off-topic in the blink of an eye, and back again just as quick!

    Trump wants to invade Libya:
“Why aren’t they paying us? When they said that you should have said, we’ll go in. We want $5 billion. We have already spent $1.5 billion on fighting Gaddafi. We want $5 billion right now and we’ll go in. You know what? That’s peanuts to them. They’d give you a check in two seconds.”

    USA: $14, 310, 000, 000, 000 debt. Losers.

The War on Hair........ahhhh....:biggrin1: No, seriously...something is on Trump's head. It mus be some sort of mind control by the planet Mars that wants to control the US with their mind-bubbling idiot Donald or alas, it could be one of the lost Jim Henson relics that was discarded from the 70s.

In the early 80's I was at a party for the Kentucky Derby in Louisville and Donald and Ivana Trump were there. It was the first time I had ever heard of them; they had such horrible manners and taste, they were just vulgar and they just epitomized rich white trash.
Within a year the Donald had hired a press agent because Trump Tower was being built and they were in the headlines and everyone suddenly knew about "The Trump's". I really never thought much about either of them but I seemed destined (through business or by chance) to run into one or the other of them a hand full of times (my favorite was Mr. Trump and I once locked umbrellas crossing 57th St and he glowered and me and I told him to fuck off because he ran into me... before I realized who he was) over the next couple of decades; my initial opinion of both of them has never changed. He seems to be the same spoiled vulgar man I saw in Louisville 28 years ago.
