If ED pills like taladafil keeps good blood flow in the penis, would it expand those blood vessels permanently and make the penis bigger permanently?

I agree. Somewhat bigger flaccid hang, but only so long as you are taking it.

I take cialis daily. Its bigger when flaccid, like its always very very slightly hard. If I skip a few days it goes back to normal. It doesnt permanently make you bigger.

Not sure if permanently, but I’ve been on Cialis for a month. My flaccid is much thicker than usual, and it is ready to go at a moments notice. I also wear cock rings pretty much 24/7 but I was already doing that. Love it!

I don't think oral ED meds increases your cock size but I've been using Trimix injections for years to get an erection. Trimix increases my girth and possibly a little length. The reason is that Trimix draws in more blood than a natural erection. My Urologist explained that a natural erection is like turning the faucet half way on, injecting Trimix is like turning the faucet all the way on.
