does extnze really work? what is the best pe

was wondering if anyone has tried it and if it really added some length. also what have you seen give you the best results for adding some length. i just want t add a half inch to an inch.

Tried it and it helped circulation a bit but it won't do a thing on it's own. You must add some form of PE.
