Does getting new glasses suck for anyone else for the first day or two?

I feel nauseated the first three days and avoids driving until I feel more comfortable. It's like seeing through a fishbowl! I feel the same for a few minutes when switch from my contact lenses to my glasses.

*** UPDATE ***

So after one week of wearing my new glasses constantly (aside from sleeping and bathing) I still wasn't seeing right. It was better, and I wasn't getting nauseated anymore, but I felt sorta like I was seeing with 2 eyes. I know that doesn't make sense but when you look at an object, you're supposed to feel like your eyes are seeing it in unison and I wasn't feeling that. I felt like one eye saw it better than the other and it was just weird. So anyway, I took them back to Eyemasters and they took care of me! One of the lenses in my regular glasses was off by 10 degrees on the axis which they said would make a big difference. They also had me see the eye doctor again to fine tune my prescription because I have a really bad astigmatism. They upgraded my lenses to the top quality (I had opted for the ones just below top quality for price reasons) because they are supposed to help with strong astigmatisms a bit and didn't even charge me for it, then they sent both pairs of my glasses back to get remade. I just got my sunglasses in today (the regular glasses will take a few more days) and holy cow, what a difference! I have zero discomfort when wearing these new glasses and I can see super far away. There's still a bit of an adjustment I'm going to have to make, I don't feel like they're perfect yet, but hopefully in a couple days they will be! Yay.
