I haven't had sex without mine so i cannot compare! Foreskins are there for a reason. Circumcision should only be carried out for medical reasons such as tight foreskin and not for cultural or religious reasons. Most western countries stopped routine circumcision decades ago except for the US. With access to clean water and daily washing it is easy to keep the penis clean and healthy. Strangely enough in the UK and many EU countries and now in Australia there are laws making female circumcision of young girls illegal but not for boys. If it is not necessary for one, why not the other?

Personally, since I was circumsized later in life, my orgasms after I masturbate have been a lot less intense, before I got circumsized, my orgasms were so intense I always felt that intense feeling pleasurable going all the way to my toes. After I got circumsized, that feelings gone.

Can some users who got circumsized later in life like me give me a comparison of how their orgasms were before they got circumsized and if it's the same intensity after. Is there a way I can get my orgasms to be as intense as they were before circumcision.

Being uncut keeps all your pleasure, sensitivity, and nerves. You're cock head alone is protected instead of constantly chapping inside your underwear or pants getting rid of all the sensitivity. The slightest lick alone on my foreskin sends me over.

I was cut in my early twenties and it didn’t have any noticeable impact on my ability to enjoy sex. I enjoy sex as much as I used to and my orgasms are virually unchanged as far as I can tell.

I’m trying to imagine the qualitative testing that involves heat being applied to your glans and you saying whether you can feel it.

It sounds awfully hard to get that scientific.

I find this an interesting subject.
Yes foreskins were there for a reason, but lots of people survive without them covering their glans, many naturally, many more through being cut. The vast majority of those cut must find it OK or they wouldn’t do it to to their sons.
On the other hand having your glans covered must protect it; I often (seriously) wonder whether circumcised nudists occasionally scrape themselves, or splash themselves with hot liquid...

I think the difference with female genital mutilation is that it is always mutilation whereas most cases of male circumcision don’t result in major issues. Not that I think that makes it ok.

Every guy is gonna have a different opinion. I’m uncut so I think having foreskin makes sex more pleasurable. Obviously I think that. But my friends that are circumcised say sex is very pleasurable for them. I have a friend that got circumcised in his early 30s and he thinks sex is better after getting cut. So does his wife

I think how one feels about their body plays a bigger role in one’s sexual satisfaction than whether there is any foreskin involved. My girlfriend prefers cut, and I got cut while dating her (it wasn’t the only reason, there were some medical factors involved as well plus I never really felt that great about my foreskin). Physically not much has changed, but psychologically sex is better for us both.

I don't know about other uncircumcised guys, but I will share my own observations. We all know that the whole penis responds with pleasure to touch, but I found the most 'pleasure-responsive' area is the under-side of the inner foreskin. So, basically: the area of skin just below the glans (skin around and under the frenulum). For example: my glans is very sensitive, but I wouldn't rub it constantly to achieve orgasm. Being uncircumcised, I (and I've seen many other guys) typically rub my foreskin over my glans. This stimulates the underside of the inner foreskin. My theory is that it depends on the placement of the circumcision scar. The more inner foreskin is removed, the more of this 'orgasmic-inducing pleasure receptors' are eliminated. What do others think?

This must be one of the most common threads around here.

Uncircumcised guys don't understand how it feels to be cut and guys who were circumcised at birth don't understand how it is like to be uncut. The OP is right to ask the opinion of men who were circumcised later in life.

I was circumcised as an adult and, like some ppl said above, my answer to your question is that the sexual experience after being cut is different for each person. I my personal experience, I "lost" a little bit of sensitivity, but it is far away of being an inconvenience. I guess the main cause for "loss" of sensitivity is that your glans are now exposed. Anyways, I can last much longer in bed and my sensitivity is very good. I simply don't care about being cut. I don't even think about it unless someone asks me about it.
