Does having a short foreskin means part of your head will dry up?

Hey here's a question for all you guys with a short foreskin, or have been partially circumcised. The end of your knob which is not covered, is it dryer or even less sensitive compared to the rest of your glans that it covered.

To get an idea of what I'm talking about go to Foreskin Coverage Index and look at the C4-C5.

Yep.

After cut, the cockhead will get more and more keratinized.
After shower, i put lotion on it to delay it.

I suppose the short answer is, yes it will. But there are other factors too. A very loosely circumcised foreskin will usually have a much wider opening, giving more opportunity for drying than in the case of someone with a naturally short foreskin but with the opening still "ringed".

Then there are those who have a loose foreskin: their cockhead tends to be drier than men with a tight foreskin.

It's an interesting question. I have often noticed differences in the dryness/moistness of cockheads - generally in relation to the length and tightness/looseness of the foreskin, but I have never seen it discussed.

I was partially cut...but my foreskin has adapted and is quite tight when flaccid and keeps everything nice and moist. You could always enlarge your foreskin ifnot having a moist glans is a concern. My ridged bands were the only part removed...still sad...but true. Anyways...my foreskin "learned" to cover my glans and I'm a CI 8 when flaccid.

My 4-skin only covers half of my cock head when soft but i read that rubbing a little pure olive oil on the head after a shower will not make the head dry, it keeps it good and moist and the glans looks healthy

I'm pretty tightly circumcised, and my entire glans is always fully exposed. Yes, it does tend to get drier. That's why I stopped wearing briefs. The constant contact and rubbing against the tight fabric drew moisture from my glans. I'm not crazy about the look of boxers, but they help keep my head more moist.

Like some of you have said, I also apply lotion after a shower.

The constant exposure gives the circumcised glans a rougher texture. Here's a close-up of mine:

I spend about 20 years partially circumcised.

When I was uncut, I could not run the tip of the glans. It was too painful/sensitive. As a semi cut, I could.

There were times where, after getting erect, I could tell that the texture of the lower part of glans was different than that at tip that always was exposed. It wasn't that obvious though.

Generally, a covered glans tends to be more wrinkled because of tension by foreksin that likes to "shrink" the glans some. (depending on whether you slipped skin over glans when hard or totally soft).

looking at porn images, those rare instances when a guy is man enough to show a flaccid dick, if I see it is a loose cut, I tend to look at surface of glans and sometimes detect signs of a partial circ. Very few porn actors allow themselves to be photographed with partial glans coverage.
