My dietary supplement bottle of 500 mg capsules of L-Arginine claims that it will support circulation. Also noted: this claim has not been evaluated by the FDA. Recommended dosage: take one or two capsules per day, but can take up to 20 per day if so desired.

As posted earlier, L-Arginine is free-form amino acid. You need to understand this is not a "magic pill" for developing sexual prowess. It is only one ingredient that aids proper circulation of your blood. Good circulation helps develop strong erections.

I'll confirm ArkNebradia - it helps increase volume somewhat, and frequency, but not the quality of the hard-on itself. It's the frequency that I enjoy most I think. Plus I feel a little better generally.

No, L-Arginine does NOT give you harder erections. Ive been taking this stuff for about 6 months now, in order to help me for workouts--nothing sexually related.

It does, however, have a noticeable effect on the amount that I cum.

Prior to taking arginine, I would cum a lot as it was. But now, the stuff just doesn't stop. Ive had times where 45 minutes after cumming, I'd still have a couple drops come out while Im doing something completely unrelated to sex.

Keep in mind, that's just me. I'm assuming it doesn't always work the same for everyone.

Still, I'd endorse L-Arginine supplements just for what it does for your muscles, even if it didnt have any beneficial sexual effects.

I use to take arginine when i was younger and some Testosterone boosters...
all it did was drain my pockets and raise my liver values.
No need..
take a multivitamin, eat good, plenty of water, take extra zinc "picolinate version" and workout regularly.

L-Arginine is simply an amino acid that is a precursor for the synthesis of nitric oxide and relaxes blood vessels and creates vasodilation. As such, taken up to 3 Grams per day it can create more frequent erections for people who require more vasodilation and don't get sufficient L-Arginine in their regular diet (usually through dairy products). Through personal experience and is now on many labels of the supplement, you should only use the large doses (3 Grams) for 60 days and then cycle off for a few weeks. Otherwise, it simply stops working.

As for any possible semen increase, I would say that it is due to a higher factor of horniness due to being aroused more often and is not directly related to the supplement itself. Semen volume and distance is created by level of arousal more than any magic pill or ingredient you can take. Typically, the longer you stay "in the zone" the more you cum.
