Yes it does. Not releasing for about a week or 2 gives me tremendous stamina increase to go longer and harder at the gym.
 
if i jerk before, I feel like my energy is drained and I can't lift as high a weight or for as many reps as usual. I usually jerk post-workout to gimme a good relax, but i've heard of testosterone drops n shit and i'm tryin to jerk less and see if there's a difference in energy and results.
 
My younger brother ..by 2 years has done body building since he was a young teenager. His body improved, but I think after all those years of looking at his body in the mirror has affected his perspective on what life is all about.

Consider vanity as one of the demons against the expansion of human awareness and human endeavour as a whole.

First hand experience. :)

I don't usually because I end up super horny after the gym anyway. But the few times I have done before I don't think it's affected my workout, add if it has it hasn't been noticeable.
 
beeing a female doesnt affect me...i dont know u guys if u have testosterone drops...
When I did competition sport (400m and 800m) - end '70 begin '80, sex was forbidden a week in advance of a meeting.
Trainer said that it took the power out of your legs.
Well... in '81 I was according to the press the next Belgian champion on the 800 - referring to my year chrono's.
And I had sex one day before... not so good.
Finished almost last, in fact 5th place out of 8 starters, but only 6 finishers.
Too much confidence and lack of concentration - but perhaps a drop in testo... who knows.
In that time frame we took a diet without fat, lot of carbs ( pasta ), vitamine C and Zinc (Zn) - that was all.
 
specific to me, if i don't work out a healthy nut or two before i go to war on leg day i may just sprout a third leg at the leg extension machine..maybe i have little self control but i seem to be on my best behavior almost everywhere else...something about a good pump in that general area. to be completely honest i hang closer to being hard on a regular walk to the grocery store... soo maybe i'll just retract my half advice and drag my big dick back in my cave... ::hits blunt::
 
For me, anytime after I cum (sex or jerk) I go into a relaxed state. Never been able to put full effort into anything after for a while. When I'm horny and feel like jerkin one out is when I'm at my best mentally and physically so I take advantage of it and release after I finish a workout. Helps me relax afterward.
