Ben_zoosk is right.

The penis can't be trained and undergo hypertrophy in order to grow in length and girth because it does not contain any muscles. Instead, it is made up of soft tissues(corpus cavernosa and corpus cavernosum).
In response to the comment about smoking, there are many health conditions (both influence by genetics and the environment) that can negatively affect one's longevity. Certain heath conditions can make a person predisposed to being obese such as hypothyroidism and Bardet–Biedl syndrome which is to say that diet and exercise can only help maintain the person's weight.

homeyd is right but although the penis is not a muscle it is possible to enlarge. we have to remember people enlarge there ears with plugs, there necks, and many other body parts around the world. the most common way from tribes in africa is tying a rock to the penis which does work but i am skeptical of whether or not the penis still is functional. as there is strain on the tissue the cells of the tissue start to tear and multiply.

Yes the penis does not undergo hypertrophy like a skeletal muscle with weight training. It enlarges through gradual, progressive remodeling of the connective tissue envelope of the corpora and the suspending ligaments through repeated deforming forces.

Of course there are environmental and hereditary health risks that shorten life expectancy. What does that have to do with anything?

And a small percentage of people are obese as a result of metabolic syndromes. But most people are fat because they eat too much and exercise too little and you damn well know it.

You should hire yourself out as a "non sequitur generator", homeyd31.

Very interesting thread. I've also just begun PE (last week) and will be very keen to hear how bid6555 does. I've begun with very similar measurements myself (7.2 inches BPEL and 5.5 EG midshaft, with 5.8 inches closer to the base).

I am using some jelqing and other hand techniques, along with a stretching device I wear for 2-5 hours per day. I am also concerned that my girth not decrease.

In the first week I feel like my gains have been minimal to non-existent. I'll check back in later... Looking forward to seeing others' results.

If you are looking for measurable increases after one week, or three weeks, you are bound to be dissappointed. Would you expect to have visibly grown muscles after 3 weeks of weight training at the gym?

Try for 3 months minimum, and then see if you think there is a difference.

Right. I understand there will be nothing measurable at the outset. I'm going to give it 12 weeks, honestly. We'll see.

This is a red herring analogy- the penis does contain a large degree of smooth muscle, but it's not work in the same manner as you would a biceps or pectorals.

For this purpose, it would be better to picture your PE workout as being closer to a gymnastics or yoga workout than to a bodybuilding session in the way that your penis reacts to training. With PE, the goal is to stretch and expand ligaments, fascia, etc.- not to "build up muscle".

The only muscles you'll be targeting directly with these programs are the muscles used to help maintain proper penile blood flow and ejaculation (the PC and BC muscles), and these are trained for stamina with "stamina exercises" such as kegels and the Stop and Start.

I'm 7.5 long x 6.5 girth... I was able to gain a half inch in each measurement through PE over the last few years (jelquing and kegels mostly). Some of it is increased blood flow... I've noticed that my dick gets extra big and hard right before I cum, so it was a matter of getting to that size upon erection... wouldn't mind gaining an extra half inch of girth still

PE does work. I've gained 1" in length and .75" in girth over the past few years. I probably could've made better gains but I was impatient and rushed my dick (overtrained). The main thing to go for is harder erections. If your erections are harder and your night/morning wood more frequent, then you will see gains from that routine, though they may take a month or more to manifest.

An interesting thread to follow, seems like plenty of people have had positive results.

Redbear52 - your responses to the spurious comments of the nay-sayers are classic! Fantastic :35:

Well 2 months in and not a lot of progress. Here are some update pics. I have gotten more measurements over 7" and up to 7 3/16" A rough guess is 1/8" gain total. If I could get 1/2" x 1/2" I would be happy. The base has gotten huge

Actually, 1/8" length gain and an increase in base girth in 2 months isn't bad. You are not one of the easy gainers who rack up huge "newbie gains" such as an inch in 3 months, but if you continue you may well expect to make further gains.

At three months in you made need to up the intensity or duration a bit if your gains stagnate.

PE is certainly not like magic, it takes time and effort to see a difference and for most gains come a lot slower than they would like. No "Presto-Chango".

One half inch of length gain is certainly not overambitious. One half inch of girth gain will probably be a little harder, but is certainly achievable, or at least it has been achieved by many.

Well nothing new to report. Most measurements are right at 7 1/8" I almost got 7.25 one day. I am looking forward to the day where I can say I am not average, but kinda big. I have a question if someone can answer. How big is my cock? The reason I ask is this non bone pressed is about 6.5" bone pressed a bit over 7 1/8". If I use a sewing tape and measure along the curve I am about 7" non bone pressed and likely 7.5" bone pressed.

As far as girth goes widest shaft 5.5" base 6.25" skinniest part of shaft 5.25"

I guess I dont really know what size I am officially.

First things first, you are well above average. As redbear says you are big. Furthermore:

There are guys doing porn with similar stats to yours. Most of them are in that ballpark, despite the handful of "monstercocks" you see over and over and over.

Example - this is Johnny Sins, who, according to the porn industry, is supposed to have 9.5 inches:

http://www.lpsg.org/attachments/26902d1208060861-average-porn-star-dick-lisameasures1-jpg

It is big, but it is not 9.5 inches. Notice that Lisa Ann is hiding the tape at the base, looks like she's starting the measurement at between 3.5 to 4 inches rather than 0.

How big is my cock? The reason I ask is this non bone pressed is about 6.5" bone pressed a bit over 7 1/8". If I use a sewing tape and measure along the curve I am about 7" non bone pressed and likely 7.5" bone pressed.

Lets sort this out.

You are taking BPEL basically to keep track of your gains. So that is a "scientific" measurement. It really doesn't matter how you take that as long as it is consistent.

Here is how I do mine - ruler on top, pressed firmly into pubic bone. I have a upward curve and a left curve, so I straighten those out as much as I can and measure base to tip. This I think is pretty good for tracking gains.

(However you may be right, measuring tape might be best to deal with the curves)

Your non-bone pressed is skewed by your fat pad. Your actual penis is larger, and you can utilize more of it that what's visible when you have sex because fat compresses.

Now something like the Ansel/Lifestyle condom penis size study takes an in between approach - ruler on top, but LIGHTLY pressed against the pubic bone.

Hope that sorts things out a little.

Now just for fun sometimes, turn sideways and measure visible penis from a sideways view. Dunno about you that adds almost a 1/2 inch over my BPEL. Remember how many porno shots you have seen of guys from that angle.

the same and I am so I do not know that I am the size I have. For years I thought that I have a 5.31 inch (13.5 cm) until I measured the BP method by which I heard on the internet. In this way, when we push the maximum ruler to the bone, the upper side of the penis then weighed 6.7 inch. (17cm). Girth at mid 5:25, and 5:15 on the base

Percentage of body fat I was about 27%. I am 1.78 m tall (5 ft 10 in) and heavy 84 kg. (185 lb)

I'm interested in what I say fat pad that people have a normal weight? That means what is the difference between BP and NBPL in people with normal body weight?

I with 6-7 kg of surplus amounts to about 1 inch.

Thanks for the input. I am going to say average until I can proclaim 7" nbp. I will stick with 6.5" nbp for now best I can tell that's what it is not considering the curve. Going do some intense stretches this week, so hopefully I can photo 7 1/8.
