in the one pic the guy definitely stretched to get to 7 inches in his "before" pic and the ruler in the "after" pic looks distorted and there doesn't look to be any gain so I wouldn't believe the claims of this product.
It looks to me like you don't have much to worry about in the cock department so I wouldn't waste the money. Not saying it doesn't work but I would be suspicious!

MMM... I would be cautious of any miracle pill cures. Generally speaking, they are not effective.
What tips me off - is when I look at the website. Does it have tons of advertisement, does it try to lock your browser into the page by either re-directing or popups that ask "Are you sure you want to leave?"
Stuff like that reaks with scam.
I would stick to natural stuff - and browse this forum for methods.

If you are worried, try the free stuff first. Jelq.
Then possibly move up to supplements available from your local Grocer.
Then...move into a pump or other P.E. devices.
My honest opinion, you'll get more gains going this route than you will putting an unknown substance in your body.
