Yes. A number of my straight mates have seen me naked - soft and hard - from teens to present day.

Same here. We didn't exchange numbers, we just saw each other naked a lot, especially in the summer when the group of us would go skinny dipping. It wasn't a big deal at all.

Several of us have seen each other, but never any direct comments one on one to each other. However, I have heard some comments from wives of friends which indicates my friends are discussing it with spouses.

He sure does and has seen it. We were roommates at university. He's a bit of a shy guy, the type that makes it a point to hide when he changes and all. One day we got talking and I got curious. To be fair I think he was also curious but too shy to ask. He's cut, I'm not. So we decided to whip it out and see the whole cut/uncut thing. I've never seen him hard but his flaccid is small so he's either a grower or really isn't particularly blessed in that part.

He's seen me both flaccid and hard.
