Yours would probably be an example of B2 (as mine is too), whereas the man I was writing about was an extreme case of B3 – i.e. the glans is noticibly wider than it is long.

You in North America would probably have a better idea of the relative distribution over the population, with a large proportion of circumcised men. It’s pretty difficult to determine the shape of the glans under the foreskin in many (most?) men, so it’s really only in collective showers that you have the opportunity to compare glans shapes.

I do think though that B2 is much more common than B3, though the top of the bell curve is probably with B1. Any thoughts on this ?
