Do Dominican and Puerto Rican men dress differently in New York City?. It seems some of these Dominican men like to emphasise their glutes and legs.

Yeah it's called "Hick Style", which basically means they wear really tight, form fitting clothes.
Maybe I am reading to much into it. But some who are they trying to attract attention from, other down lowners or the opposite gender?.
Reminds I was in this 'straight' London nightclub a few years back the ratio was more women than men. But many men there were the muscular physique types ranging from the super heavyweight to fitness model bodies. The popular male fashion in there was the skinny jeans and the v-neck t shirts, believe me I was staring quite a bit at these men but I noticed many of these buff men were checking each other out as well. When caught they just give a quick head nod to each other a few occasion even a eye wink. Maybe it just mutual admiration of their physiques, I did find it quite amusing.
can vouch... i was 25 being a whole thot in Wash Heights '07/08 and can tell you its the food. i went through a depressed period trying to navigate NYC while exiting a relationship and each night I was getting stoned to the heavens trying to cope and was walking to get a plate of mofongo or moros and plantains up on 115th. I was growing that same type of ass til i left.

You are not. as much as they will deny it, many of them know that MEN are the ones looking at them, not women.
In NYC it is a commonly known thing that most women will equate a man as gay/bi if he wears the tight clothing. The guys will deny it publicly...but they will entertain your comments/thoughts and meet up if the price is right.

Is he really that hypersensitive?. About a man just a ask him non-sexual fitness related questions?. If he is aspiring to be a personal trainer or if he is one, would he only accepts female clients and exclude the male clientele?.
