What? Max Delong's cock is a straight tube... one of the most even pump jobs out there... that statement makes no sense whatsoever...
Do you know why you get a donut? Because the tissue that makes up your circumcision scar gets blown up like a balloon when you pump... it is the natural thing for scar tissue to do when it is under vacuum pressure. All of these techniques will work... but you will need to keep pumping, since the donut only appears the first five years of dedicated pumping. The donut is always there, but the rest of the shaft catches up, eventually producing a much more even looking penis. Condom pumping (highly recommended), water pumping (recommended), constriction (NOT recommended) will all reduce the size of the donut in relation to the shaft, but it will be a fine distinction and is really splitting hairs.
The people with the biggest problem with donuts are those who have a high scrotal insertion... a "turkey neck" if you will. Their scrotums can start out anywhere between the normal area for the sac to attach to the underside of the penis and sometimes as high as 3/4 up the shaft. These high scrotal insertion points make it almost impossible to prevent ball sac migration in the tube when you pump with even the smallest tubes. these people often suffer from the donut the most.
Condom pumping is the best way for preventing scrotal migration, although getting the condom to stay on the base of the penis is gonna be what separates the men from the boys I am afraid. You will have to experiment on ways to do this.
Condom pumping is slower and more arduous, the latex prevents the vacuum pressure from really hitting the penis and the condom also is like another layer of fascia tissue that prevents your penis from expanding. This will lengthen the time of your session almost 100%, but the pump is a bit more even, you get way less scrotal migration with a smaller donut and thicker shaft... you will also have to figure out how to get lube between your penis' skin and the latex condom, 'cause the condom will dry it out if you are gonna have a marathon session for size.
Condom pumping also has another interesting side benefit... it PREVENTS WATER BLISTERS like no other technique I have tried (applying cold to the head of the penis works great in conjunction with the condom pumping). For those of you who are allergic to latex condoms... aren't there natural condoms out there? I'll bet that they perform even better than latex condoms for pumping purposes.
The worst thing is condom size... the MAGNUM XL's are just not very big. They work great for me unpumped (permanent growth anyone?), but are like a wet suit on my cock after any kind of expansion. The Theyfit condoms held so much promise, but I guess they went out of business.
Good luck and get to pumpin' my friends...
