I’ve been the top a few times. It takes coordination and was more of a “checklist” item than anything I would seek out again. The way we did it, one top is pretty passive. The bottom mounts him either facing away or towards him. If you end up tummy to tummy you can have a make out session while the other top does the actual fucking. I've been a top in DP a number of times, and I agree with Brodie888 that this was the most enjoyable position for everyone.

The top with the longer dick needs to be on the bottom of the 'pile' and therefore is the more passive of the two tops. That was my normal position for all but one time as I remember. You need to use a lot of lube. The bottom lowers himself onto the top on the bottom, and therefore controls how fast he wants to get impaled. But, the second top needs to be very sensitive to the bottom's reaction when he starts to enter. It takes a lot longer for the second top to fully enter, and everyone needs to be patient as the bottom adjusts to a massive stretch. For me on the bottom, it was very pleasurable. I've dped several times as both a top and a bottom, so I can definitely give you some tips. As with sex in general, the most important thing is that the bottom is well prepared and feels very relaxed. Do not go for the gold right away. Both tops should take time to get the bottom worked up and fuck him individually. One dick needs to be able to go in very easily if you want to be able to get two in there. I agree with what others have said about the positioning. It's true that typically one top will be more passive, but they don't have to be.
