Douching, how is a good enema?

My boyfriend is a bit sceptic about doing it, so I wanna do it right...
That's almost a MUST for anal sex , but we've been toghether for about 2 years and we never tried it...
what are the positive and negative things about it?, and for the gay man... how often do you use enemas?

The best is plain old water. How is either a phone shower head, not too forceful, or a squeeze bottle. You can do it right in the shower, or on the toilet seat if you prefer. It's not really a sex thing to use enema, and the term 'douche' usually refers to vaginal washing, at least in English.

If you have access to a bidet, some of them will work for this. Others just work for exterior wash.

IMO the main use of this for sex is before oral. Too much douche or too much enema can be irritating.

Actually, the vagina has more bacteria in it than a "fairly clean" anus...

That is why its acidic.
