Nope not at all , Usually you either curve down, stick straight out or curve upwards and little can be done to change that. Jelqing will straighten out a curve though, not entirely but it will some, I am living proof LOL .

No, not at all. It's all determined by individual physical characteristics the same as hair color, bone structure, height, etc. The angle of my dangle hasn't changed at all.

Mine is bent downwards, especially when not 100% erect. It's about 30 degrees downwards.
