Downward angled cock - advise needed.

Hi,
A friend told me he has not had sex because he is embarrassed about his angled cock. It has an angle in the middle and points downward at near 45 degree.
He is considering an operation which I believe is risky. I think he should at least try having sex before going that path.
I would like to know how others have addressed this and also females comments to having sex with N-curved cocks.

I also have an N-curve....has not been a problem. I would only advise surgery as a last resort as there is always risk involved.

55 year old male with bout same angle. 10 partners no problems. mine is hereditary. if this happened all of a sudden see a doc. as for fucking, he'll hit some great spots. i honestly have never had a problem. mounting doggy is probably the hardest thing. i usually try to bend it upwards (somewhat difficult). do not get surgery if you have a hereditary curve. i wouldnt trade mine for anything!!!

I seem to remember a thread here linking to a website which said that there was a strong correlation between larger than average penises and n curves. Is he large or average? I could see it being more of a problem if he's large (i.e. bending in the middle)...

I believe a number of porn stars have n curves. I have one. Hasn't been a problem. 45 degrees is a sharp angle but I doubt that requires surgery.
