Dr. Death Dies

    I was always a fan of Dr. Kevorkian and his work. I hope he was able to die with dignity instead of being kept alive by artificial means. Many other reasonable voices have carried his message that we treat our animals with more compassion than our loved ones when it comes to end of life issues. It is very often the case that there is something worse than death. Living.

    That Movie Pacino won for last year was just brilliant, and a real inside look at Dr Jack. I wonder how Bill Maher is going to take the news tonight on his show. They were pen pals for years when Jack was in jail, and Bill has a LOT of his paintings. They are offputting to be sure....but he was a much needed pioneer.

    Yes, I see the old murderer died a natural death in a hospital bed at the age of 83 being cared for by others. No plastic bag over the head or lethal injection for him!
