You're right, it absolutely has to do with inhibitions. As well, I think some people just aren't as vocally inclined as others.

I have always been "noisy", and I've always found it disconcerting when a guy tells me "be quiet!" You know. I asked my wife this once and she gave me a very honest answer that put my mind at ease. She told me that while sometimes her mind is on other things and so she's not as horny, thus less moaning...for the most part, whenever she doesn't moan its because its so good that she has literally left her mind...her eyes roll back and she's seeing colors or running naked through flowers...i know it sounds a little funny...but that's the a woman's answer if it helps.
