I looked over the forum and regretfully didn't fine any information about "Dry Jelqs" ... only that many use it.
I don't know much about it, because I always was sceptical about it.
But now the traditional Jelq is getting too "complicated" to do it everyday, so I thought I'd ask about it.

Does it requier hot wraps too?

Personally I never do hot wraps or warm up. I haven't had any problems yet but I think that I am probably taking a risk.

I usually start gently and gradually build up the jelq pressure over 2 minutes, I'm sure that the friction generated must start warming things up.

You should probably do them rather than follow my example since everyone stresses the importance of warm ups on the PE sites.
