This is a question I haven't still found an answer... In PE forum they don't say if a warm up has to be done before performing dry jelquing... what do you know about this??
You must warm-up and warm-down before and after your PE session. Weather you doing jelqing, clamping, hanging, squeezing or what ever. You MUST warm up and warm down to prevent injuries.
