I wonder about the lack of imagination regarding flagrant bulge display. But, I live in San Francisco and crotch watching is a common sport.
1> Always pull your equipment thru the fly of the briefs or boxers. Leave it out when you zip up. Munsingwear has a nice horizontal fly that lifts everything right up.
2> Get a heavy metal cockring for the base of your dick. Wear it everyday unitl you no longer notice it.
3> Start daily moisturizing, jack off sessions, to protect your dick from chafing.
4> Get a neoprene ball stretcher. These are great and comfortable and they make your dick disticnct form your nuts in the bulge.
5> If you don't want to buy proper cock rings or ball stretchers, I recommend a cheap kitty collar called "Beatie Bands," available in pet stores. Neoprene (or something similar), with a Velcro attachment.) These are adjustable, stretchy, and non-chafing. Cut to fit! They also can extend the functional life of neoprene cock rings and stretchers by wrapping them around the neoprene and tightening it up a bit. Try wearing your "Beastie Band" smooth side (decorated side) next to the skin, with the Velcro to the out side to avoid chafing.
6> Get a three ring cock ring, but get bigger rings than you think you need. I found the smallest ring too small for either balls or cock. I recommend a 2"/1.75"/1.75" model.
7> Put everything on at once. Wear thin fabric and sway your hips a lot to make things swing. You'll look like you're hung like a porn star, with everything weighted and stretched and served up front.
