Respectfully, I disagree, Max.

Excluding the tens of thousands of words I've sex-blogged (Google Mancunt), I've written much more detailed and intricate essays about my recent life (and some of the people with whom I come in contact) than her PowerPoint doodling, that are absolutely not for public dissemination. If and when they ever are published, they will need to be at least partially fictionalized or else, at the very least, there'll be some really bumsore people in SoFla. Even with that, I could likely be sued :wink:

I have a small list of about 5-10 people (depending on the material) who are privy to some really defamatory stuff: at the very least they come off as assholes, at worst, criminals. I do this slice-of-life stuff for several reasons, but not with an eye to its eventual general release as written.

Then again, you're not she. Any speculation on her motives or intent is just that, speculation.

At the very least, release of this personal information is negligent at best and could put her in legal jeopardy.

After hearing a bit about this on the Today Show, I honestly didn't know which issue was more prevalent: the fact that people's sexual escapades had been made public, or the fact that it was a woman doing it. Interesting...

I have heard her called everything from a skank to a slore, and heard the men involved described as the everything from "the man" (or men, as it were) to the "poor fellows" who had their privacy violated. I'm not leaning toward either one.

I honestly feel badly for her--not in the traditional sense, mind you, but in the sense that in today's digital age where every potential employer Googles you within an inch of your life before hiring you, she may be fucked again (figuratively). Seems like a bad judgment call on her part that may cost her. And of course I am waiting for the next "news" story that reports that she's been offered a job by X, Y, or Z. God bless America...

First off, this is 2010 people... it took me like 2 seconds to find a version with all of their faces un-blurred. Why crucify a chick for something that was obviously unintentional? If you randomly hook up with someone, you are taking some risks, one of which is them telling people about it. She meant for more people to read it or did she mean for only 3 people to read it? Who cares!? Companies that spend millions cant accomplish the kind of exposure she got, there was no way for her to plan this kind of viral activity similar to that which is present in her snatch if she wasn't using protection, and it was leaked! If she sold it, spent money to post it and advertise the stuff then yeah... maybe that is a crazy bitch. Otherwise, give her props for using skills that normally are boring and routine to make something that she, and now some millions of other people can seriously get a kick out of.
