Well, a couple of observations:

1.) The Dutch are now the tallest nationality. The average male is six foot one inch tall, four inches taller than the average American or British male.

2.) Several scientific studies have shown that there is a strong correlation between height and penis size.

So, I would not be surprised to see a lot of tall and well hung guys in a locker room at a Dutch college or health club.

Surely symmetry should call for the longest nationality to have the greatest length between there legs

I have lived in Holland and travelled around Europe and I can say the Dutch are on average pretty well hung. There was an article in a newspaper reporting how Dutch-made condoms were not selling well any other part of europe because they were too big. The Dutch probably never thought that they'd be any larger down there than their neighbors so they based their condom size on their local average, around 7.5-8. It's quite disappointing that their porn stars, strippers and sex performers do not do them justice. I think what might also contribute to their height stats are their women, they are some of the tallest, broadest women I've seen or gone to bed with, I guess it would take larger men to fill them to their satisfaction. But yeah, you wanna see a bunch of very hung white people go visit their locker rooms, nude beaches, sex cinemas and swingers clubs. They're comfortable with nudity for very good reason.

I'm Dutch and and about 7.5". All of my friends are smaller as I am. In lockerrooms I see men of my age (21) mostly with smaller dicks, but sometimes there is a guy...(OMG is what I think then)... that happens not often, but I would say, yes Dutch can be bigger then others, but remember most of the Dutch men are 6' tall or taller! So the package has to grow with the heigt, otherwise it would be a silly sight!

I am a foreigner living in the Netherlands and have traveled extensively around the world and can tell you that the Dutch are, hands down, the most hung men on the planet (on average)..Really incredible. I think the fact they are the world's tallest people does, in fact, play a role..in at least some cases. I am always flattered when they call me enormous. I'd say the Germans are then in second place.
