Take most of what you hear these people tell you with a grain of salt. A lot of people around here yammer on about what they think someone else's sexuality is, even though that person has told us something different. As to Dylan specifically, he has described himself a number of ways as he's discovered more about himself over the years ... that's not all that unusual.
The most recent I've seen him label himself was probably a little more than a year ago as he was doing his walk from the west coast towards the east. He posted a video explaining some of his thought and changes he's gone through. From that video, he is now labeling his sexuality as "queer". Don't know if you can find that video out there anymore. The video was like 15 minutes.
A few questions since I've been out of the loop since this thread was temporarily discontinued: What is Dylan doing for work currently besides OnlyFans and trashy photoshoots? Is he still chasing after LA influencers, hoping to siphon off some residual followers while coach hopping? Slide the tea.

We all get that you have a bug up your ass about Dylan, but, he has over a half million followers on Instagram and almost 200k followers on YouTube. And before you start discounting that as nearly nothing, he has more followers than a number of the other people that are supposed to be on "Making it in Manhattan". He's clearly of enough consequence.
The show "Making It in Manhattan" is comprised mostly of socialities or relatives of actual celebrities, right? Dylan is obviously the odd one out as he's merely just an influencer, and clearly one of the least known of the cast. How many Internet followers he has doesn't explain why he's included in a show about NYC socialites
