how does anyone keep up with the full story of this guy? is there a summary anywhere?
No.. You have to go through all 500+ pages, we all had to do it

i hop in and out of this thread so i am going to miss some stuff but here's what comes to mind.
successful high school wrestler from the mid-west. class of 2017 maybe. very cute very fit, builds a large following on social media after coming out as a gay athlete, older gay men lavish him with attention and gifts. he's smart enough to get into columbia, where he is on the wrestling team, but then drops out maybe because of anxiety or maybe because there are more interesting things to do in new york than study for an ivy league degree. fancies himself a poet, writes some stuff that he self publishes. enlists in the army but hates it and leaves after a year or so. continues to be feted by older gay men who are wealthy enough to subsidize his jet-set tastes. meanwhile somewhere between high school and the army he dates another social media darling, jackson krecioch. very public relationship, very public breakups, rumors of cheating,..you know the drill.
through all this dylan--being a young fit white boy of above average cuteness--has maintained a rabid following. guys will move mountains, or write 500+ pages of LPSG comments, looking for naked photos and videos of him. finally some do emerge. some are fake. others are from when he is underage as evidenced by his tattoo journey. not cool, guys. capitalizing on his obsessive following dylan opens an only fans. but it's not hardcore stuff--guys, he's an "artist" not a pornographer!!!-- so everyone is disappointed. but if you want to see his flaccid penis painted white, you're in luck.

Pretty good summary! I would just add two things:
1) It’s almost comical how he never sticks to anything for very long. He always seems gung-ho about whatever he’s doing, then the next thing you know, he loses interest. As illustrated by his dropping out of Columbia, leaving the Army, etc., etc.
2) Of his legitimate nudes, the highlight is a nice jo video, which is floating around the Net. I’m guessing that’s a major reason how he keeps his following!
I think it's charitable to say he built his social media following, rather than stealing most of it from Jackson.
Also is the anxiety stuff something he claimed about Columbia? He's given so many different reasons for why he dropped out. I think my favourite aspect of his delusion was thinking he could take a year out from training and then return and re-enter NCAA level competition without any problems.

One of the things that occurred before Dylan applied and went to Columbia is that the wrestling team in 2016 got caught up in a scandal and there was even a suspension because the players were exposed for being racist, misogynistic and homophobic from their texts. I think the university’s recruitment and acceptance of Dylan was very much based on them trying to repair their image by adding an openly Gay wrestler to the team. Immediately upon arrival he was benched for what at the time I think was said because of an injury. I don’t think he even once participated in a match, or whatever a wresting scrimmage is called. I think some of this situation probably really fucked with his head and complicated things with his teammates even before arriving. I wonder if it was maybe a hostile environment from the day he arrived.
Another complication is that for the most part universities require freshmen right out of high school to live on campus in dorms, which I’m pretty sure that Columbia does too. Jackson, his shiny new boyfriend of just a few months, moved from LA to NYC nearby Columbia and Dylan spent the majority of time with him at his place, never really bonding with other freshmen or his teammates. I think this really complicated the college experience for him and he never really bonded with the environment or being a college student.
He took a year off and returned again, but within days chose to withdraw, at which time he decided to go into the military. Dylan had had some behavior issues earlier in high school and had been sent to military school for awhile, which he said gave him discipline and structure, though he did return to his suburban high school for much of his time in high school. I think he saw the military as a means to recapture that ability to put his life on track, but found it stifling and repressive once he got there.

yeah i think those are both right.
my post was intentionally snarky because i think the frenzy around dylan is so insane. but in some ways he does come across as a authentically thoughtful and interesting person. i've seen some of his videos and read enough about him to gather that this is actually a person of some substance. "more than just a pretty face" to borrow an expression. but to your first point, about his follow-through, the problem is that he for now he doesn't need to be anything more than a pretty face, because there will always be another rich old guy happy to keep him around and pay for things even when dylan flakes out on his ambitious projects. it's the corrosive side of sugar daddy culture. why would you work at something if you know that michael c is still your meal ticket. not that i feel bad for him, the bargain benefits him for now.
Forgot to mention his ex Jackson beat up his own sister and mom.
Great job but let's call it like it is, he was selling the bussy to those older men. They weren't giving him exclusive trips for shirtless poetry recitals. He got in trouble in the military for not meeting curfew because he was seeing an "old friend" in TX.
He just couldn't cut it in college without mommy and daddy forcing him to focus. Seen it with many high school honor students that wash out freshman year. One girl I knew how freaking full ride. State only gave out a few of these awards. She fought hard to get it only to flush it all down the drain the first semester then drop out.
Dylan is another one that couldn't transition to college.
