It was. He has only one scene in episode 4 (wearing a hockey face protector I didn't realize it was him at first lol), a couple short scenes in the bar in episode 6, a scene where the coach subs him in for an injured player in episode 7, and then locker room scene in episode 8. He's never featured prominently.
Off Campus. As I said Dylan himself is very much a side character but ngl there are lots of eye candy and sex scenes involving the other characters.

By the way I do find it funny that Dylan is the only hairy guy in that locker scene, despite the fact that his character as a freshman supposed to be one of the younger guys there. I guess he refused to get shaved like the others? Lol
