We overrate this idea of “community”. If we’re being truly real at least 35% of people could probably fit into a queer identity if they wanted to. Plenty of out queers low-key support conversion therapy, or are filled with internalized phobias, or never learn how to maturely deal with shit like dimensions and fluidity and contradictions, or never really work on combating their traumas and insecurities. I care less about people’s dimensions, lifestyles, public identities, or current place in the gender, sexual, romantic, emotion, commitment spectrum. And care more about how people move throughout their journeys, how much they’re contributing to hate, and how much they make others pay for their issues, traumas and insecurities. The minor good thing is that he was young as hell. But his response was lame and hardly showed any real regret.
