I AM NOT A PHYSICIAN AND THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE.
That said, if you are approaching the age where your erection is less than rock hard, you may want to ASK YOUR DOCTOR about using an e.d. medication (viagra, cialis, etc.) as a way to ward off Peyronie’s disease.
My understanding is that Peyronie’s is caused by trauma that happens during sex when your erection is less firm, resulting in scar tissue that forms instead of healing normally. An e.d. medication will not treat or “cure” Peyronie’s but it may prevent the trauma from occurring in the first place. Peyronie’s only happens to a small minority of men, so this is not for everyone.
ASK YOUR DOCTOR about this (and get an appointment for a real consultation with a urologist and not from some “online” pharmacy).
If you want to, you can tell your doctor that this something that you “read about on the internet” and—because you are neither insane nor a fool—wanted to GET THE ADVICE OF A REAL PROFESSIONAL first.
