Been wanting to try e-stim. Can someone explain how it works and what exactly to buy? It looks hot!

It feels really good. Amazon has tens units for 30$ (tens 7000)and some electro pads for 5$. Placement of pads,rings, or other toys is a personal preference. I usually put a pad on my penis head and the other at the base behind my balls. Start off slow and work power and settings till you find the sweet spot. You can stay edge for really long time.

I have Tens 7000 from Amazon about $30. Has the sticky pads. I’ve had better luck with rings, clips and wire,
Also I got anal and urethral probes. Highly recommend conductive gel, much better connectivity. I use sterile KY for the urethral probe.

Yeah, it can take a lot of experimentation to find the settings and accessories that work best for you. I personally prefer the pads to rings/conductive-loops because it allows for much more targeted stimulation, and you can zero in on specific nerves with the smaller pads which you can't do with loops.

TENS units have a lot less variety to them than the actual estim units intended for sexual stimulation, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. I really like the constancy of stimulation that a TENS gives you.

Pads on the outside of the body sound much better than something that is inserted into the anus or (gawd NO) the pee hole.

Well I’ve done 16” catheters (doctor orders) so a 4” urethral probe is like nothing,,,,,,, it’s wild.
