I travel fairly frequently between the US, Europe and Africa. I find the Eastbound travel more extreme from a jetlag perspective (I'm not a morning person). Meals generally don't make a difference - I'm generally not hungry after long travel, but I do notice that my major bowel movement sits in it's original time zone, and I have a big shit in the early afternoon in Europe, rather than first thing in the morning.
The other thing I notice is that I have uncontrollable erections throughout the morning in europe, which would normally have been while I'm asleep. This seems consistent with the body moving its normal processes to its cycle.
Anyone else have this experience?
