Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

This is the easiest recipe ever.

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup boiling water

Mix until smooth

Add 2 cups bisquick mix well

Shape into 1" balls flatten with fork, or to make blossoms press a Hershy kiss in to each

Bake 8-10 min. at 400 degrees

My sister makes them that way too with the Hershey's kiss in the center. I eat a plate of them before anybody else gets the first one.

Well it requires mixing and the use of measuring devises, not easy enough for me. I like peanut butter but for some reason never cared for the cookie. I'll go with the chip cookie in the tube or tub.

just becasue i only watch the food network like it's porn for my stomach doesn't mean i'm a complete "fuk up" in the kitchen

i do like things that are ready to eat though. just undress....uh i meant unwrap, and chow down.

PS: i don't have bisquick in the house. is that important?

Wikipedia says this-

One cup of Bisquick can be substituted by a mix of the following ingredients: 1 c flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp oil or melted butter.​
